Should your machine ever have a defect, we will help you with troubleshooting. In order to rule out that this is an application error, we proceed according to a sequence pattern. If the error does not disappear afterwards, the air cushion machine will be sent back to the manufacturer. After the machine has arrived at the manufacturer, it will be repaired within 24 hours and sent back to you.
